Absolute Online Only Auction · Begins closing on September 3rd at 12PM (noon)
4879 120th Street, Thornton, Iowa — a move-in-ready acreage offering country living on just under 10 acres along a blacktop road just outside of town. This attractive property combines a comfortable 2-bedroom home with the space and setup to accommodate horses, livestock, hay ground, and rural hobbies.
The home is clean, well-kept, and completely move-in ready, featuring a nice kitchen and comfortable living space. Important updates have already been completed, including a brand-new roof on both the house and barn, along with a furnace, water softener, and water heater that are only one year old.
Outside, the property is well-equipped for country living and animal use. The spacious 3-stall garage is heated with in-floor heat, with a second zone of in-floor heating in the entryway between the garage and the house for added comfort and convenience. The barn offers a nice setup for horses or other animals, and the property includes woven wire fencing around the barn area, outdoor livestock waterers, and pasture ground ready for use. The nearly 10-acre setting provides plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors, while the current hay crop is being sold separately.
Whether you are looking for a hobby farm, horse property, or a peaceful rural acreage with excellent improvements already in place, this property offers a rare opportunity in a desirable location near Thornton, Iowa.
