Since then, his family hired Texas Auction & Realty 3 separate times over the years, to sell family estates and assets in online auctions. Steven took ownership of Texas Auction & Realty on January 1, 2026 and is dedicated to provide service to communities and families like yours, in the same tradition of the 20 year history of the brand.

Ross Bandy

Auctioneer / Broker

Ross serves as the Principal Auctioneer and Broker at Texas Auction & Realty and graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), the highest level of education recognized by the National Auctioneers Association. He is a graduate of the Texas Auction Academy and Professional Ringmen's Institute, and carries Texas Auctioneer License #15216 - Texas Real Estate Broker License #593135

Rachelle Buchanan

Auction Manager

Rachelle joined us in 2018 first as a customer, and now as our trusted online auction manager. She organizes, photographs and inventories our seller's assets in preparation for most of our on-site online auctions.

Ross Bandy Auctioneers, LLC was founded January 1, 2005. Our company offers Live or Online Auctions and Traditional Real Estate services. We added Online Auctions to our list of services in June of 2009, and became members of the MarkNet Alliance as Texas Auction & Realty in June of 2011. Steven Wahlenmaier became the leader of the company in January 2026. We have conducted hundreds of live and online auctions for a variety of customers.
