• Saturday, August 23rd from 2:00PM – 4PM (Pick up from the Columbus Heir's Auction location), or as otherwise agreed to with Auctioneer. Shipping is available for this auction.
📍 Pickup will take place in the Columbus, OH area (ZIP 43219). The exact address will be printed on winning bidder invoices.
Buyers must bring their own boxes, labor and equipment to remove purchases. Items not picked up during these times may be considered abandoned.
💳 Registration Required to Bid
To bid, click the “Register for Auction” button on any lot. You’ll be prompted to:

• Place a credit card on file (a $1.00 pre-authorization will be processed)
• Submit your registration for approval
We aim to approve registrations within 8 hours. Late registrations will not be approved. Please register at least 24 hours before the auction ends.

• Sales Tax: Collected based on the auction’s location. Tax-exempt buyers must submit a signed Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Certificate at least 24 hours prior to the auction closing. No exceptions

Lots begin closing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 20th. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes on any lot, bidding on that lot will extend by 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.

Cash or wire transfer payments only on titled vehicles. No credit cards will be accepted for payment on titled vehicles. 10% Buyer’s Premium! All other purchases may be paid for with cash or Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card on file will be charged after the auction.

Bidder agrees not to attempt a wire transfer cancellation or any other form of payment cancellation. All sales are final. We do not guarantee condition or grading on any items.
STAGGERED/GROUP/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00PM on Wednesday, August 20th. The closing time of a lot or group of lots will be automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot’s closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
Full Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:
The following conditions of sale make up the entire terms and conditions by which items listed by Michael Hoffman, Auctioneer will be sold. All bidders who participate by bidding in this auction agree to the terms and conditions of sale and are bound by same. Any notices, posted or oral, during the sale, are also part of our terms and conditions of sale agreement. Acceptance of a bidder card, bidder number, or online registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. THE AUCTIONEER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OF THE PURCHASER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE PURCHASER BIDDING ON THE WRONG LOT.
2. BUYER'S PREMIUM:
All bid prices ("hammer prices") will be subject to a 10% buyer’s premium payable by the purchaser. This premium is added to the successful bid amount and equals the total sales price. For example, a $100 bid will result in a $110 total charge. The 10% buyer’s premium applies regardless of payment method.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT:
• Invoices over $1,500 require payment via cash or wire transfer only
• Titled vehicles must be paid for by cash or wire transfer — credit cards will not be accepted
• Invoices $1,500 or less may be paid with cash, Visa, or Mastercard
• Your credit card on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction or the following day, unless otherwise noted above
All items are sold “As Is” with no guarantees or warranties. Bidders agree not to cancel wire transfers or dispute any credit card transactions. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. We do not guarantee condition or grading.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT & TRANSFER OF TITLE:
All sales are final upon the closing of the lot. The purchaser assumes full responsibility at the fall of the hammer and agrees to pay the total amount due within three (3) calendar days. Title to goods does not transfer to the buyer until all amounts due, including shipping, are paid in full. Buyers agree not to file chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks will incur a $50 fee.
5. NON-PAYMENT:
If payment in full is not received within three (3) days, the Auctioneer may:
(a) Impose a late fee of 1.5% per 30 days
(b) Hold the buyer liable and seek recovery through legal means
(c) Cancel the sale and/or resell the item(s)
(d) Retain a security interest in any property held
(e) Block the buyer from future auctions
(f) Pursue any other remedies allowed by law
6. WITHDRAWAL:
The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction at any time before its completion.
7. DISPUTES AND AUCTIONEER AUTHORITY:
The Auctioneer may reject any bid and will determine the winning bidder. The Auctioneer’s decisions are final in all disputes, including the decision to re-offer and resell items.
8. FAILURE TO DELIVER PROPERTY:
If delivery is prevented by theft, fire, or other causes, liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the purchaser. No consequential damages will be paid.
9. CATALOG & DESCRIPTIONS:
All descriptions are opinion only. Sizes, weights, and details are approximate. Buyer is responsible for reviewing photos and details before bidding. No guarantee of condition, authenticity, or completeness is provided.
10. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
You are responsible for ensuring your own satisfaction with any item you bid on. Failure to inspect does not relieve you of responsibility. When in doubt — do not bid.
11. GUARANTEE:
All property is sold As-Is, Where-Is. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason. No guarantees are made regarding condition, authenticity, or fitness for purpose.
12. ABSENTEE BIDDING:
Absentee bids may be accepted but are not guaranteed. No agency relationship is established. All absentee bids are executed competitively as if the bidder were present.
13. RESERVES:
Some lots may carry a reserve. The Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve price.
14. TELEPHONE BIDDING:
Not available for this auction.
15. SHIPPING:
Shipping is not offered for this auction. Do not bid if you cannot pick up in person during the posted times. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.
16. STAGGERED/GROUP/DYNAMIC CLOSING:
Lots will begin closing at the time stated in the auction listing. If any lot receives a bid within the last 5 minutes, it will extend by 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.
17. AUCTIONEER’S DISCRETION ON BIDS:
The Auctioneer may accept bids in any increment and reserves the right to recognize any bidder in their sole discretion, including resolving tied bids.
18. TECHNOLOGY ISSUES:
If a system error or outage occurs, the Auctioneer may reopen the affected lots or extend the entire auction. If no errors occur, "closed" means "sold."
19. DISPUTES UNDER THIS CONTRACT:
Buyer and Auctioneer agree to mediation first, and if unresolved, to binding arbitration in Fairfield County, Ohio, using AAA standards. Buyer agrees not to initiate legal action without completing the mediation/arbitration process.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Auctioneer and Seller make no warranties of any kind. Buyer waives any claims for consequential or incidental damages.
21. LOAD OUT:
No loading assistance is provided. Buyers must bring their own help and equipment. Items left after the pickup window may be forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.
22. CAUTION:
Do not assume multiple items are included in a lot because they appear in one photo. Read lot descriptions carefully.
23. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES:
Descriptions govern over images. Images may not always show accurate color or quantity. Rely on the written description.
24. CHOOSE WISELY:
All sales are final. No refunds if you buy the wrong item or change your mind. Please bid accordingly.
25. ABANDONED LOTS:
Items not paid for or picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of. No refunds will be issued. Disposal fees may apply.
26. ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Auctioneer may add or remove items, split/combine lots, impose reserves, or change auction timing at any point. By registering, you consent to be added to our email list (unsubscribe anytime).
