Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms. You are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.
This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 10 lots every 5 minutes with a 5-minute extension.
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.

Onsite auction may have items in the attic, basement, barn, dark alley, scary dungeon rooms and other places that your spouse may be hesitant to enter. Please consider attending the preview to help understand any complications in removing your treasure.

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction.
Before you bid, please take a few seconds and look at the information provided. This will have the location, date / times for the preview and pickup, and other pertinent information. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.

You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Please let us know if you see an error in our listings. We strive to be as accurate as possible. Kaufman Realty & Auctions is not responsible for any computer malfunctions during the Auction.

Preview: Not all of our auctions have a preview available. Preview is an “open house” to allow our customers to inspect the items before they bid or buy.
Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.
Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo. Although not all auctions have previews. Please bid accordingly.
Pickup:
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s).
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made).
Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.
Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Don't bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite, please.

If you are interested in shipping your items, here are the steps:
1. After invoices are sent out the morning after the auction closes, you’ll receive an email to either reserve your pickup time OR to have your items shipped.
2. Once you’ve successfully selected shipping, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Shipping Saint.
3. After the auction’s pickup day, your items will be packaged up. You’ll receive an email with an invoice of your shipping charges. You’ll provide payment directly to Shipping Saint.
4. Following payment of your shipping invoice, we will create the label and schedule your items to be picked up by the carrier.
5. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when the label is printed.
